Saturday I did my usual morning boot-camp fitness plus i promised my mate sammy that i’d be there so there I wassss.. doing one of the worst exercises ive done in a while.
It was team work so there were 5 activities and behind each witches-hat there is an activity that we must complete 300 times. While I’m left to do e.g push-ups my team mate goes for a run.. and when he gets back i start running until we’ve completed 300 of a particular activity we’ve been assigned to.
First activity i got given the worst out of all of them which is (burpies). Took us forever to complete 300 and we ran a shit load of times but once that was done we managed to do quite well and completed 4 activities out of the 5 so im happy with that.
- 300 burpies (combination of jumps and planks ou tinto a push-up position)
- 300 pro-runners
- 300 medicine-ball squats and over-head swings
- 300 push-ups
- 50 tyre squats (put the car tyer over your head and squat)
After boot-camp fitness it was off to do a 1hour cycle ride! I diedddddddd my knees were exhausted from the squats and i could feel my shoulders felt the brunt from the push-ups and the over-head medicine ball swings.
With a walk around the easter-show the next day made me walk around like a cripple LOL
