Its easter the chocolate season.. and if easter eggs aint your kinda thing.. what better way to celebrate the chocolate fiesta by baking tripple choc-chip muffins!

I used an old receipie that my mum used to use… I didn’t use any cook books because everything i measured was all just a estimate which was passed-down. Ended making 4 dozen to give to family and they all turned out perfect except for one batch that I burnt LOL. Got carried away playing Raging Rabbit on nintendo wii that i sort-of forgot about it. The top got a bit burnt but its still edible and tasty ^_^

I’ll post be posting the recipe on my food blog on thursday along with other restaurants I tried over the easter weekend (nothing fancy but its still food).

Also went to the easter-show. I purposely wanted to see the night lights in action. I didnt buy any stupid easter-show bags because its a ripp-off and its full of shit. I dont see the point of buying 4 chocolate bars in a customised bag for $20! Anyways I had fun so thats all that matters =P
