TB Challenge
Saturday morning met up with the gym and boot camp gang and of course our lovely trainers / gym instructors who organised 30 of us to complete this challenge. It involved a 5km run and 20 various obstacles which involved sliding through mud and jumping into muddy water… think of it as an army exercise regime where your crawling in mud under barbed wire, sliding through muddy pipes, swinging on ropes, jumping and climbing obstacles..
It was awesome and I had a fantastic time. I copped a couple rope burns, bruises and cuts and I loved every minute of it. Its a great challenge which helps determine where your fitness levels are at and most of all get down and dirty LOL
It was disgusting at first as i did get mud in my mouth LOL i threw all my clothes and runners in the bin as those items could not be saved. I showered twice cos the mud could not come off!
Big thanks ot my sister for being the photographer. She didn’t know how to use my camera and some of m yphotos had sun trails in them BOO!!!!!
